Questions, answered plainly
Why is it so bitter?
Giloy, dandelion and methi are all bitter herbs. That is the point of this blend. If it is too strong at first, start with half a teaspoon and add honey once the cup is warm.
Does it have caffeine?
No. There is no tea leaf in it.
Can I drink it every day?
Yes, one cup a day. Take a break for a week every month or two if you drink it daily.
Morning or evening?
Morning is traditional for bitter herbs, before the day's heavier meals.
Can I drink it if I'm pregnant or on medication?
Please don't in pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless your doctor says it's fine. On any regular medication, ask your doctor before drinking it daily.
