1. Who you are dealing with

This website, vapika.in, is operated by Vapika, a sole proprietorship of Narinder Kaur, at 1st Floor, Shop No. 1, Laxman Dass, Goal Market, Near Guru Dass Nagar, Sultanwind Road, Amritsar, Punjab 143001, India. GSTIN 03AVPPK4306F1ZU.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Vapika. "You" means the person using this site or placing an order. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Your account

There is no separate sign-up. Placing an order creates an account against your mobile number, and you sign in with that number and a one-time password sent over WhatsApp.

You are responsible for the number you give us and for anyone who has access to it. Give us a number you control and can receive messages on — it is how we send your order updates, and it is how you sign in.

3. Products

We sell teas, herbal infusions, botanical ingredients and related items. All are food products or general merchandise. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice or as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Product photographs are representative. Because our blends use whole natural ingredients, colour, size and appearance vary between batches and between harvests. That is a property of the material, not a defect.

We list ingredients on every product page. If you have an allergy or intolerance, read them before ordering, and ask us if anything is unclear. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescribed medication or managing a health condition, speak to a doctor before adding a new herbal product to your routine.

4. Prices and tax

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST
• The tax breakdown appears on your invoice
• Shipping is charged as set out in our shipping policy
• Prices can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order

We take care to price and describe things correctly, but if an obvious error appears — a decimal in the wrong place, a listing at a fraction of its real price — we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, we cannot verify your contact details, or we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.

Where an order is cancelled by us and you have paid, you are refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through our payment partners. We never see or store your card details — they are handled entirely by the payment gateway.

On eligible orders we offer partial cash on delivery: an advance paid online, the balance in cash on delivery, plus a handling fee. If you refuse the parcel or cannot be reached, the advance is not refunded. The full terms are in our refund policy, and they are shown to you at checkout before you choose that option.

7. Delivery

We deliver through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines given on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, local restrictions or an incorrect address supplied by you.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

8. Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns on delivered food products. Refunds are issued where an order could not be delivered. See our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Messages from us

Ordering means we will send you order-related messages on WhatsApp — one-time passwords, confirmation, dispatch, tracking and delivery. These are part of the service and are not marketing.

Promotional messages are only sent if you opted in, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any promotional message, or by telling us. Stopping promotional messages does not stop order updates.

10. Reviews

Only signed-in customers can leave reviews. By posting one you give us permission to display it on the site, with your name as entered. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal information, or make medical claims. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove reviews for being unfavourable.

11. Our content

Everything on this site — text, photographs, blend names, logo and design — belongs to Vapika. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share links.

12. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, to the description given, in sound condition. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
