Questions, answered plainly
Does it have caffeine?
No. There is no tea leaf in it, which is why it is made for the evening.
Can I add milk?
Yes. Brew it in water as usual, then add a splash of warm milk. Brahmi and ashwagandha are both traditionally taken with milk.
Will it make me drowsy?
It is a herbal cup, not a sleeping aid. Most people find it a pleasant way to wind down. If you take anything that makes you sleepy, ask your doctor before adding it.
Can I drink it in the daytime?
Yes, though most people keep it for the evening.
Can I drink it if I'm pregnant or on medication?
Not in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as ashwagandha is usually avoided then. On any regular medication, please ask your doctor first.
