Questions, answered plainly
Is it only for men?
No. The pack was first sold for men, but these are herbs anyone can drink. Women who prefer a softer, floral version may like our Shatavari & Ashwagandha Kahwa for Women.
Does it have caffeine?
No. There is no tea leaf in it.
Can I add milk?
Yes. Brew it in water, then add a little warm milk and bring it back to the boil once. Ashwagandha is traditionally taken with milk.
How long should I drink it for?
It is a daily cup, not a course. If you take any regular medicine, check with your doctor before making it a habit.
Can I drink it if I'm pregnant or on medication?
Not in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. On any regular medication, please ask your doctor first.
