What's inside
Step 1 Heat 1 cup water until hot, but not boiling. Step 2 Add 1 spoon of Darjeeling green tea leaves. Step 3 Cover and steep for 2–3 minutes. Step 4 Strain it into a cup. Enjoy warm. You may squeeze half a lemon. Do not boil the leaves. It may make the tea bitter.
How to brew
Step 1 Take 1 cup water in a pan and bring it to boil. Step 2 Add 1 spoon of Darjeeling green tea and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. Step 3 Turn off the flame, cover the pan and steep it for 2-3 minutes. Step 4 Strain it into a cup. Enjoy warm. You may squeeze half a lemon.
