How to Use
For Drinking:
Steep 1 tsp (approx. 1g) of dried chamomile flowers in 200 ml of hot water (not boiling) for 5–7 minutes. Cover with a lid while steeping.
For Skin Care:
Let the tea cool down and use it as a facial rinse or apply using cotton for reducing puffiness and redness.
