Ingredients
- A glass of water
- 2 tbsp sattu
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder/cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- Chopped green chili, as per taste
- 2 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp raw mango/ onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Add water, sattu, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, green chili, raw mango, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and lemon juice to a bowl, Mix well.
- Pour the mix into a glass. Add raw mango to it.
- Sattu Shikanji is ready to be served.
