5 Tips to stay healthy without Yoga

1. Walk Daily

Even if you go to the gym or not just go for a long walk 5-10k steps daily, it’|! boost your metabolism ,you can easily be consistent because walking is not at all hard it’ll refresh your mind.

2. Minimize/Stop Eating Processed Food

Most people stop seeing results because every other day. They indulge themselves having chips, namkeen, nachos, bread etc. worst part is they’re super unhealthy, doesn’t give you feeling of being full therefore you end up eating a lot.

3. Eat Fibre With Every Meal

Even if you’re eating junk food or in a restaurant /shaadi have equal or more proportions of salad with your food, it makes alot of difference trust me

4. Stop Drinking Aerated Drinks, Packed Juices

They’re filled with sugar no matter what the packaging says (diet, zero)

5. Drink Water 2-3 Liters or More Everyday
